1. Cancellation by the Traveler

If a traveler wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, the following charges will apply:

• 45 days or more before departure: 80% refund of the total tour cost

• 20–44 days before departure: 40% refund of the total tour cost

• Less than 20 days before departure: No refund will be applicable

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.

2. Cancellation by LahaulSpitiTrails

LahaulSpitiTrails reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unavoidable situations such as extreme weather conditions, road closures, government advisories, or safety concerns.

• In such cases, travelers may choose:

  • A full refund, or

  • Rescheduling the trip to a future date (subject to availability)

3. Unutilized or Partially Used Services

No refund will be granted for any services not availed during the tour, including accommodation, transportation, meals, or sightseeing, due to personal reasons, late arrival, or early departure.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days

• Refunds will be credited through the original payment method

• Payment gateway charges, bank fees, or taxes (if any) will be deducted from the refundable amount

5. Travel Insurance Advisory

We highly recommend travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard against unexpected trip cancellations, medical emergencies, weather disruptions, or personal contingencies.
